Reconnect to your body, your spirit and nature

This work is based on the understanding that all bodies are good and are our most direct connection to the earth.

These offerings seek to suppport those who have been harmed by the systemic and systematic false beliefs and oppression that has us turning against our bodies and the bodies of others in various ways, through self-criticism, dieting, overexercising, numbing, bias,  lack of movement, disconnection from nature, etc.

Ashley offers: ​

• Experiential workshops for reconnecting to your body and the earth: Half, one or two day workshops to allow you to reconnect to your wholeness and your interconnection with the earth. May be supportive of healing of body image, food issues or lack of somatic connection

• Spiritual Care: One-one coaching to connect to yourself, community and the earth and explore your path and the gift you want to offer the world. I also can be present at environmental disasters to provide support to sufferers. 

• Ritual, ceremony and guided meditation: Opportunties for individuals and communities to move through life thresholds, reconnect to nature, or orient and ground themselves on the earth on in their bodies
